Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
poor soundproofing noisy street
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear everything through the walls. I had a street-facing room, a problem because it was noisy overnight. The breakfast was a shame for what they are charging. Too much focus on pastry and sweet things..

small room size limited breakfast selection
The room size was REALLY disappointing. It felt cramped. I struggled to move around comfortably. The bathroom was tiny. Closing the door while inside was difficult. I've stayed in larger closets. It's hard to believe this is considered a 4-star hotel. the breakfast selection was pretty limited. It seemed like they cut corners. The quality wasn't what I expected.

the staff was helpful, especially regarding directions. the room was very clean upon arrival and remained so. breakfast offered a good variety of pastries (i really enjoyed the croissants).
The room i was assigned was quite small. the elevator was also small. It barely fit two people with luggage. the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear noise from the street.

The room was super clean, and the decor included beautiful details. I was in a Premium Queen Room with Balcony. The location proved convenient, close to metro stations, and many restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, and staff were always kind.
I noticed slight wear in some common areas, understandable given the building's age.

i noticed the hotel is close to all forms of transportation... metro, bus, and taxis. the staff, especially julie and mimi, were very helpful and professional. they patiently answered all my questions.
the room was quite small.. i think it is more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. the toilet was also small.

The location was close to the saint-lazare subway station. it makes it easy to move around. the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room that was comfortable and clean.
